As a part of
 consulting services
provided by BioKin, the program BatchKi can be customized to suit each enzymology or high-throughput screening laboratory. Areas for possible customization include:
- INPUT FILES
- We will customize BatchKi to enable reading of raw data from various plate readers.
- OUTPUT FILES
- BatchKi can be modified to produce output files interfacing directly with enterprise databases of structure-activity data.
- FITTING MODELS
- The fitting model embedded in BatchKi (i.e., the Morrison equation for tight-binding enzyme ihibition) can be modified to cover other kinds of enzyme mechanisms of receptor binding.
- CELL-BASED HTS ASSAYS
- A customized version of BatchKi is suitable for the determination of IC-50 values from cell-based HTS assays.
