Graphical User Interface
The graphical user interface for BatchKi is implemented as a series of server-side scripts, encoded in the Perl programming language. The generic distribution of BatchKi contains server-side scripts assuming several typical plate layouts, as well as a generic interface for the processing of an arbitrary plate layout. For the most efficient implementation of BatchKi, the server-side scripts can be modified to reflect a particular plate layout used in the given laboratory.
