To execute the loaded script, select 'Run' from the 'File' menu.
The program will now determine the best-fit values of adjustable model parameters (e.g., rate constants) by nonlinear least-squares regression. The text window will display the current values of adjustable parameters in each iteration. The graphics window will show the results fit by overlaying the best-fit model on the experimental data, as well as residual plots and the derivative (velocity) curve. The image below shows the final screen after script execution is complete.
If necessary, the program execution can be interrupted at any moment by selecting Pause from the State menu. This is especially useful for examining temporary graphical images that are generated during program execution.
After examining each graph, you may resume execution by selecting Resume from the State menu.
